Yes everything is correct. Also to answer the other question it's a single pole.

I personally believe my issue lays with converter. But it also might be one the breakers inside of the trailer as well.

The convertor only makes 12v, it should not effect your microwave. If you have not, check the connections at the power panel on the trailer. I'd also consider the breaker. I had one of those single Breakers that had to separate flippy switches. It had gone bad and would turn on and off and felt like normal but in the end it was worn out. I was able to get one from Home Depot to replace it.

From your comments, it appears the RV is not currently where you are staying. Where you there when the electrician wired up the outlet, and is it possible he could have miswired it then caught his mistake and fixed it unbeknownst to you, if he had access to the RV shore power cord to plug it in?

Sorry i have been out for awhile. The issue was fixed. The main breaker was not wired correctly so i did have a power surge. Everything has been fixed and functions good now. Thanks

I must admit, I have been following this thread since posted. I'm confused about the "main breaker was not wired correctly" ? You have only three wires, and the load wire must attach to the breaker which attaches to the load bus on the service panel. The neutral is the neutral, and the ground is the ground. If the load was attached anywhere other than the CB then you would have a direct short and it would immediately trip the breaker and cut off all power on that circuit.
