Heater Relay Clicking

Hello All,
2014 Forest River 360 P-Dek

My heater is working. However, I've never liked the way it is controlled on/off, by the AC relay circuit board in the AC up top.
When the thermostat is activated to turn the heater on, this is controlled by a relay in the AC. Presumable to start the AC to circulate the hot air through out the camper.
I do not like this, and never have. I currently circulate hot air with the ceiling fan, which works well, and is much much quieter.
Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a typical propane heater, so I can begin looking at ways to bypass the AC relay, and run the heater directly from the Dometic thermostat?

You need to set the thermostat fan speed to auto (AU) which will keep the A/C fan from coming on.

That is a work around, but it's not what I'm trying to accomplish. Basically, I can accomplish the same thing, by simply turning off the AC breaker. However, I still have the clicking relay in the equation.
What I would like to do, is have the AC relay out of the equation, and have the Heater and AC two seperate systems.
I'll have to have a heater wiring diagram, and how that interacts with the thermostat also controlling the air conditioner.
If the AC relay goes out, I have no heat.
Unfortunately, this camper is not in a place where it can easily be towed to a dealer and have them fix it.

It's not a work around, it is the way the system was designed to work. I'm not sure how to bypass the circuitry within the A/C and still maintain full functionality. Good luck.
