HELP!! Awning lights won't turn off!

We just picked up our 300BH after an exhaustive search for the perfect trailer. I think we found it!! Just a few issues. We have a few issues...because we are newbies maybe? Our awning lights won't go off. The switch on the panel does nothing.

Also, our little remote thing that came with it for us to put the slides and such out...well there are no instructions. It asks for the password. What would that be? So confused. Help!!

If I use my remote to turn my lights on I have to use it to turn them off. The switch won't do anything in that case.

If the lights were turned on with the remote, they must be turned off with the remote.

The default password on our remote is 1234. I am assuming all of them come like that. IMO the remote is a piece of crap!

Thank you Glen, it was 0000!! As for the lights, the dealer must have used the remote to turn them on as the is what turned them off. Even though they forgot to show us the remote at all. Whew, now we can get back to enjoying our trailer! Thanks all!!
