Help electric dinette quit working in 2008 30WP wolfpack

I sold my unit (medical issue) electric dinette set worked when new owner left. However when he arrived home he no longer was able to make the dinette set move what so ever.
Any suggestions?
Anybody have a wiring diagram or real info on the set-up
Thanks
Frans

Has he checked for a blown fuse?

Thanks,
All breakers check good, do not know of any fuse at the motor location. Without a schematic hard to know.
He replaced the battery as well. Trying to help him remotely.
I never had to look at it.

Thanks,
He told me that he checked all the fuses at that panel.
All those have been checked I did not know if there were any by the motor.

There is possibly a fuse off the positive wire directly from battery This will be a smaller wire.
And there also may be a resettable circuit breaker very near to the battery follow positive battery cable.

Fuse Location

Check the remote fuse. I had the same problem when we first got ours. If you stand directly in front and look at the front of the camper there are the two rails under the propane bottles that form the v behind the hitch. There is a fuse holder that runs along the right rail. Lay on the ground and follow the right one along the underside. There will be a small rubber red fuse holder the blown fuse will probably be in that. It just pulls open and should have the blown fuse. That was a really stupid location, and that is where I found my culprit. It was a quick one minute fix.

TT slide fuses are right under the frame near the battery in a holder that looks like this (though it might be black):
