Help Electricity problem 8289ws

Hi,
I'm writing this post for my father fifth wheel. it's a 2013 rockwood 8289ws.
It start this summer when he noticed that his fridge was not running on propane when he was running on the battery.

This weekend, i was doing some winterisation task like putting antifreeze in it and i noticed some other problem.

on battery, the only thing that was working was the light and slider room.
no water pump....

when plugged into 110v, everything works fine.

i'm suspecting the converter... Can somebody help me on where i need to start my test?

thanks!

Sounds like if everything works fine when plugged in to shore power, the converter is working just fine.

Have you checked to see if the battery cut-off switch is turned off?
Certain models, some items still operate even with the cut-off turned off, such as slides.

thanks for your reply.

yes it's working good with shore power

for the cut-off switch, i checked it. when closed, nothing work and when open, only light, slide out room works.
no water pump or fridge...

i charged the battery manually with an external charger. no change.

Have you checked any of the fuses for the 12v side of things?

Do you have a multimeter and know how to use it?

The fridge and the water pump have their own fuses. Both blown? I dunno. Pretty cheap check.

Yep. Usually on wiring right next to pump and on control board of fridge.
Use that multimeter to test them.

There are two reverse polarity fuses on the power panel. The converter keeps working but won't charge the batteries nor receive power from the battery if blown. Look for a pair of 40 amp fuses.
