That looks like a control module to a remote control. Do you have a remote that controls the objects listed on the left hand side of the module.

As was just pointed out in your other similar thread, it looks burned/melted on the right hand side.

I don't have a remote for it. It has power going to it.. but where it says power to wall switches there is none.
Does it really look all that melted? Looks like it might be just sealed.

It's a remote. Mine is made by ALTA. Lippert, if you let 'em, will incorrectly blame that board for slide malfunctions.

You probably either A) have a remote in a drawer, or B) they wire 'em all with that board whether you got the actual remote fob or not.

The board lists the functions the remote controls. Light, main slide, opp slide, etc.

It's official name is a "5-function remote receiver".

The terminals for the manual switches are to open the circuit to he manual switches when you are operating the remote, to prevent someone from using the switch and the remote at the same time in opposite directions.
