Help installing TM 2030

I've attached 5 pics to show my install. I couldn't just insert them for some reason. If you look at my gallery "projects" it will show them as well. I got everything together and it seemed to work. I programmed P1 (14.5) and P3 (220) and changed from L1 to L3. The first reading of the meter was 12.8 volts, the amps was all over the place and the % of full didn't work, I finally got it to show 100% but it wouldn't set, it kept changing to 0. The first time I charged the batteries for 48 hours on the stock Wafco 55 the Volts showed a decrease over the next 3 days, as low as 12.5 the amps different every time and % of full would let me go back to "0" but it had been 3 days so that couldn't be right. I decided to plug AC into my Wafco to see how long it would take to get back to 12.8. when I plugged the AC into the TT the charging light on the 2030 began to blink, it showed 13.7 volts and I left it for 24 hours. I finally got out my battery charger, disconnected the batteries and moved the AC from the converter to my charger. I let it trickle for 4 more hours. I disconnected the charger and reconnected the batteries. I looked at my TM and it showed 12.8 for volts. Amps was -24.5 and the % had reset to 99%. I looked back and the volts stayed, the amps was up to -38.3 and 99%. I took a walk around to see what might be on, and couldn't find anything. All appliances were off, AC was unplugged, no lights. I turned off the mains but realized that was for AC, the amps was up to -40.7. I went out to the batteries and disconnected them until I could get some feedback as to what to do next.... Thanks in advance....

Well, I ended up calling Bogart and we figured out the problem. Everything is working perfectly.
