Your 2007 Wildwood did not come with an inverter, unless a previous owner had one installed.
What do you want one for?
Unless you mean the CONverter.

I'm very new to my job and I was asked a how much an inverter cost for that particular model, I have a parts and service dept, but they didnt know the answer either, the customer was probably mistaken with the name of the part.

is there a particular converter that would work best? for this unit or will any one do? p.s no experience with RV's and my first week working in this position... so I clearly lack knowledge.

So.... You started a job at a RV repair facility as a service writer, have zero experience, and are asking here?
Did you ask the customer what the existing converter model was and google a similar unit that met his specs?
I would find what he has, and contact the MFG for an upgraded, modern unit.
Good luck.

You will need to ask the customer whether the unit is a 30 amp camper (one buss) or a 50 amp camper (two busses). They are not that expensive and anything you buy now for it will most likely be an upgraded unit in terms of charging stages for the battery.
This is a sample of a replacement for most 30 amp service campers (you will need to see what theirs looks like:
https://rvpowerhouse.com/product/wfc...ter-wf8955pec/
50 amp service campers have dual busses more like a home:
https://rvpowerhouse.com/product/wfc...-panel-wf9960/
Don't confuse maximum DC charging amps with service amps. The example above is a 30 amp AC service that can provide 55 amps of DC current maximum while providing a total of 110 volts 30 amps to the camper's breakers.
The 50 amp AC service dual buss unit can provide a maximum of 60 amps of DC current and provide 50 amps maximum on each leg of the two AC busses.
Hope that helps

Not RV repair, an RV store and I was doing follow up calls on old units and he had questions that I couldn't answer with the limited knowledge I had, then I went to my parts manager and she couldn't answer them either... anyways thank you for your input hopefully I can do a good job for the customer.
