Bob Caldwell was getting rid of a older Honda EM 900 Generator. The Nashville heat and gas melted the carb bowl, collects dirt so it doesn't get in the jets. It took 8 weeks and finally the local Honda dealer came through. The replacement part cost $14.00. A Generator never imported to Canada, this might be the first
that is 45 years old and parts are still available.
The old plastic bowl just shrunk and fell through the collet
The new bowl is made out of pot metal and has a flat washer to seal the gas
The new bowl in place
The Generator running after 1 pull!
Pretty amazing!! Thanks Bob for the new gift I will make use of it at my permanent site!
