Honda EU3000 Genrator Help!!

Hello to all,

Got this good deal on a used EU3000is, it's works I tried it this Friday and Saturday just one problem, maybe some can chime in.
The electric starter won't turn the generator on, and yes I bought a new battery for it, but it won't do anything. Yes with the pull grip it starts.
Any ideas what might be the problem before I take it to a Honda repair guy?

Any fuses in line fuses for the starter motor?
