Honda eu7000is

I just purchased a new Honda- Also got a dog bone to convert twist lock to 50amp rv. I screwed up and fired up both AC on this outlet now the outlet only has voltage at one of the leg at the generator, is there a way to reset? I tried the circuit breaker switch but still only has voltage one 1 leg.

Should have breakers near the receptacles. Nevermind, I believe you tried that. Does it lack a leg at the generator receptacle or the bone receptacle? If generator, it has an internal issue. If bone, replace bone.

And the selector is in the 120/240 position and not the 120 position?

Ok I figured it out- you only get both legs of the twist lock if you have it switched to 120/240 volt otherwise you only get 120 on 1 leg
