brother-in-law had a similar problem this past weekend with his Kingston 5er. When running his 4000W Champion gen none of his ground fault receptacles would work. He Grounded the gen and that didn't help. Any ideas?
Google neutral ground bonding plug. It's a short wire to connect the ground and neutral connections in a plug.

I was able to call Magnum tech service. Got immediate response once I provide the issues.

The problem was solved by using the remote display for Magnum. Adjust the charge rate to 10 instead of30 amps.
No more problem. Thank you again.
