House battery charging

I have a 37 Georgetown XL. The coach has been on shore power for three weeks and when I disconnected the shore power the house batteries were dead. Tried to locate the charge system. is there a fuse box for the charge system.

No there is not. There are fuses on the converter. Perhaps your battery disconnect was turned off. This will power everything in the coach but not charge the batteries.
