How do you program a wireless RF strip light controller

Does anyone have the instructions for programming a 12V 6A 24 Keys RGB Wireless IR Remote Control Controller for LED Light Strips? Never got any instructions and would like to know what all up & down arrows do and how to program the thing.

I will look around for mine and scan it.
That was not the 44 mode controller supplied with my LEDs.
