Why did i replace the bulbs with-------------

Well 5WJOE, Why did I replace the running lights bulbs with LED. Very simple. I use the running/ clearance light circuit for my rear view camera.
The camera is wired into the running / clearance light to-wards the front of my 5th wheel. I picked the passenger side front clearance light to get the 12 VDC for the camera circuit. The transmitter is mounted under the bed, behind the front cap of the 5VER. I simply turn the running lights on, now I can see you behind me when I start to shift lanes. There is 13 running/ clearance incandescence lights plus two tail lights (already switched to led)
that draw from the truck battery. By switching the bulbs over to LEDs, they are brighter and draw very little from the TV battery.
I purchased the 7" display screen and camera from EBAY for $35.00 brand new a couple years ago, just now got around to installing it.

I hope this explains why I changed the bulbs to LEDs.

I will refresh everyones memory------------

I will refresh everyones memory why you SHOULD NEVER LET ANYONE RIDE INSIDE YOUR TRAVEL TRAILER OR FIFTH WHEEL.

The pictures I have posted is a 1996 Ford Expedition hit my Flagstaff 26' travel trailer at (my speed) 62 MPH on the outer beltway around BOSTON. As you can see the fellow drove his Expedition all the way into my TT. The only thing that stopped him from coming out the front was the refrigerator.

Lucky, no one in my party was injured.

I have seen this question ask about people riding inside the TT or Fifth wheel, Is it OK!

Well look for yourself, what is your answer?

The question was ask again in this post.
