Installing my TM 2030

I'm looking at the instructions for my Trimetric battery monitor and i cant tell exactly how it goes. It looks like the included cable goes from the shunt to the meter. But it looks like there is also a fused wire from the positive battery terminal to the meter. Is it a separate wire or is it part of the same small cable? I'm looking to attach the instructions so you can help but, I'm on my tablet and my instructions are on my laptop. Any help will be appreciated. Happy Holidays

Did you figure this out? I just bought a 2030rv monitor yesterday and am looking at the instructions for the install.
