Inverter/charger using too much amperage to charge batteries?

Have a xantrex inverter with a xanbus scp in a Dynamax dx3. Have only had it a month or so and have not had this problem until yesterday. When plugged into shore or using the 8000 Onan the charger appears to be using so many amps to charge the batteries that while using the heater or really anything in the coach it trips the 35 amp breaker in the generator that is supposed to be capable of powering everything in the coach at once while charging the batteries.

I can't seem to find a setting in the Xanbus system control panel to limit how much power is used to charge the batteries even though I thought I've seen it before. There is a setting that allows me to limit how many amps the coach uses so as not to trip the breaker, even with this at 20 or 25 amps it trips the breaker. It seems that setting doesn't apply to charging the batteries so it uses as much power as it can to charge the batteries.

When I disable the charger via the scp, everything is fine. Of course I still need the batteries charged.... Any ideas?

Go into the inverter section of the settings and set the power share to 20a. Your batteries will thank you. It's the easiest way to throttle down the charge. After that read the book and set the battery bank and type properly. I don't like to charge much over 75a. It's rough on a bank of 4 or less.
