Inverter in a 2015 351ds??

Hey y'all... We were told that our new coach comes with a inverter. We were told we could run the tv's while driving etc... Without powering on the geni. Well whatta ya know, we drive off the lot and nothing!! The only power we have without running the generator or being plugged into power is the lights and radio running off the batteries. Is there something we should have powered on to get the inverter going?? There's some sort of 2nd power box in the rear storage area and that's what we were told was the inverter during inspection. Our other coach was a 2002 fleetwood bounder and upgraded to the 2015 Georgetown 351ds bunkhouse. Thanks for any help...

Might be, but on my 2015 335DS, the PD9270 power converter is in the rear storage area. That is what charges the batteries and the 12 volt loads in the coach when you are on shore power or genny. I am adding a 2nd inverter in that location to power most of my 120 volt outlets when not on shore power. If you are interested, I can give you the parts and design.
