I missed that.

I found a manual. Pretty much worthless. Says nothing about internally bonded neutral and ground. Would just have to measure with leads disconnected.

The fact that he reads 56v neutral to ground pretty much says that it's not bonded internally. That's why it's been suggested to bond it externally.
