Isolater ground and neutral

Would anyone know if the ground and neutral legs are isolated at the 120 volt panel. Want to order an inverter for a trailer we have on order (want to plug the trailer into it) but it will not work if they're tied rogether. Should be by NEC but who knows.

In my unit ground and neutral are not tied together in the trailer electrical panel.
