Returned today from 2 weeks at Lake Berryessa (Canyon Creek). An hour after we got settled we lost one of the a/c units and a number of outlets. I drove into town to get cell service and called Forest River customer service. The lady I spoke with was not able to help but said she would have someone call be back. I figured I'd get a call around Christmas. To my surprise Sean called me back in less than 5 minutes and we started troubleshooting the problem. After a few calls Sean had Randy a head electrician talk to me and we worked things out. Turned out the problem was with the pedestal and not the Columbus.
Bottom Line, Sean and Randy were there when I needed them and stuck with me until it was fixed.
