Question LED Bulbs for Ceiling Lights

I want to replace the 12V light bulbs with LED lights inside my MH. They have a wedge shaped base. I thought I found what I was looking for on Amazon

http://www.amazon.com/GRV-24-3528-Su...60_SR160%2C160_

but I am concerned about the following sentence in the description:"Notice: Cannot use for DC13V RV or Above DC13v, high voltage may very hot and Burned out!" (direct quote - probably from China like everything else these days).

I know automotive generators produce near 14V, but will that voltage be transferred to the RV electrical equipment or will it be reduced to 12V once it leaves the battery? I installed an LED light strip under the outside canopy, the strip was originally wired for 120V, but I cut off the transformer and attached a cigarette lighter plug. The seller told me I should use a dimmer or the light strip would burn out quickly because the power source could be up to 14V.

So now I am confused and my question is: does the DC electrical system run on 12V exactly or can it be up to 14V? And if the latter, do I need to worry about burned-out lights/motors etc.?

I have a sunseeker class c and replaced the 921 bulbs with these from amazon. Have had them about a year. Very satisfied with the conversion, I did have one dead on arrival but at this unit price I am happy. I did not swap out in the shower area as I did not know how humidity would effect them...

I also have a Sunseeker (2250LEC), so the bulbs should work. I found another very similar set, except that these work on 12V-28V, so they should work regardless of the voltage fluctuations.

Thanks for responding! BTW, I love your self-portrait!

I have bought both the 12V and 12-28V from GRV on Amazon for use in our trailer without issues from either set.

I bought these off EBay and use in a Windjammer 2809W. They work great and the price is right. 10 Pcs T10 68 SMD W5W 168 194 LED Warm White Interior Dome Map Door Light Lamps | eBay

I just installed 20 of these. Every one worked, and the light is as bright as the 921s they replaced. Just a little whiter, actually an improvement.
Just be careful when installing. You have to push hard, so push from base, not the rounded part. One beer job.

I had also purchased the ones from Amazon. Found them to be very dim and had some interference in the electronic systems. I switched over to the M4 products LED bulbs . What a difference. Much brighter and now have no electronic noise. Yes they cost more, but the old saying you get what you pay for. Very helpful staff and will answers all your questions, Free shipping also.

I got these from Amazon and love them. They are very bright, more than the original filament bulbs that I replaced.
