LED Lighting

Has anyone replaced their old bulbs with LED's
Is the light the same color or intensity

We were looking for a more muted light when we first get up in the AM and wondered if a set of LED's would make the diference.

LED's can be as dim or as bright as your want them to be. We replaced all interior lights with roughly the same intensity and color. Those LED's described as "warm" will be closer to the color of an incandescent bulb. Those described as bright white or white will be bluish in color IMO.

Of course if you just want dimmer light, there was a thread a while back, someone modified his fixtures with resistors to cut down the brightness. Might try searching for that also. Great site here, just got to dig sometimes to find the treasure.
