LED strips on nose cap won't turn on

I bought a 25wb today and my tech didn't show me how to turn on the LED strips on the front of the nose cap. I see four switches inside the door. The outer most turns in an orange outside light. The second seems to do nothing. 3rd and 4th turn on interior lights. I hope I didn't just haul this thing home with something not wired up properly. Thanks, Marc
