Level up system
Level up system stopped working. The screen lights up but no words appear on the screen. I can only raise and lower the front jacks. The front and right lights are lit on the panel. I disconnected the power then reconnected the power but it didn’t change anything. Any help?

No. Can only raise and lower the front.

You might try resetting by pulling fuse and replacing. Fuse is in compartment where pump is. Single inline 15 fuse.

Battery level is fully charged. I pulled the fuse and it was good but replaced it anyway. I can raise and lower the front landing jacks with the touch pad. It won’t do anything else.

If removing all power to the panel and the controller box does not help, you might have bad components. Call Lippert tech line and they will walk you through some diagnostics and possibly send you parts.
Download the manual for your system from the Lippert website for reset instructions and pics of components.

Try pulling the plug off the back of the control panel.
For those who don’t know: The towable level up is different than the motorized level up.

Level Up
I lost partial functionality in mine too. I could extend but not retract all legs. Lippert helped me figure out to switch two wires to allow me to retract (but not extend). A chip on the controller board fried and a new controller fixed it.
After opening up the controller, I could see the fried chip. I think it was related to trying to use the hydraulics during a cold snap (maybe condensation on chip).
I replaced hydraulic fluid with synthetic ATF which seems to put less work on the pump when cold.

I used Amzoil Synthetic ATF. I had it for another vehicle.
6-7 quarts.
Also added "Anti-Stiction" fluid (1 quart) as per Lippert suggestions.

I used Mobil 1 in my Creek, Coachmen and now in my Sunseeker. Never needed anti stiction additive, never popped after the changeover.

Try disconnecting and reconnecting the control wiring harness connector at the LCD panel. This worked for me.
