Leveling Jacks retracting on their own

Hello out there. I have a 2010 Cardinal 3625RT 5th Wheel and the rear jacks suddenly decided to retract on their own. The remote is not working so it is not that. I was hoping to pull the fuse, but I now realize that I have some abbreviations that I can't decipher. They are: s/o; Rec; Jim or Tim can't read well; Mor; EA. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

AussieGirl3, I realy don't know anything about the system you are dealing with but...
looking at the situation logicaly I was wondering if the "retract" button on the remote might be stuck. That would cause the remote to appear inoperable and continually cause the jacks to retract untill out of range or the batteries go dead. Just a thought.
