Light switch with red light indicator needed

Seems like I am always leaving my scare lights on by mistake. Has anyone changed any of your light switches to the ones that have a red light illuminated when it's on? The switch for my holding tank heat pads are lighted when on. Where can you purchase the lighted switches and how difficult is it to change them? I have a 2014 Cedar Creek 34RLSA.

Just know you will be going from a 2 wire switch to a 3 wire switch. You need to find a ground wire to hook to it. You should be able to use the same ground wire from one of the other lighted switches since all it is for is the lite in the switch. You can get them at auto zone or Napa usually. Getting the exact shape and look might require a trip to a dealer. If you get the number off the lighted switch you have that would make it easier.

You might check an auto parts store for a switch.

Lots on Amazon. See Link below. Recommend you get a different color than Red so as not to confuse with water heater ( usually red).

NAPA or just about any auto parts store will have them also if you have an Electronic Supply store in your area. Change the switch on the water heater and moved the closet switch with lighted switch.

I found an exact lighted switch made by Sigma, it has the three terminals. Now I don't know which one is the ground. The lighted switch next to it that is for the tank heaters and has three terminals and I could tap into the ground wire from it if I know which one it is. It has a blue wire attached to the bottom terminal on the switch, a solid white wire on the top terminal and two white with green stripe wires attached to the middle termianl How do I determine which one is the ground and where the other two wires go? Any suggestions?

Proper way is to use meter to find which wire has power and one that doesn't if that switch is on (existing lighted switch). No power at any time will be ground. If using an ohm meter, and can't find a ground, might be necessary to make up a jumper wire and connect to battery ground.......if meter, when probing wires, with one meter lead to new jumper, reads continuity, that's your ground. Confused yet....?
