loss of power to part of rockwood lite 33 ft

We have had problems with the electricity going out in the fuse that covers the front part of the trailer and the overhead lites in the bedroom.
Tried replacing bulbs, and still keep popping fuses. Anyone have info on how to solve the problem? thanks

The bulbs are 12 volt, does the power loss involve any 110 outlets or appliances or is it just the 12 volt side?

If 12 volt only has the battery been disconnected?
