New Battery running down

We are on shore power, but suddenly our appliances quit working (fridge and AC) Called electrician and he advised new battery. We installed new battery and everything worked fine for about 18 hrs, then went out. I understand we may have a bad converter, but I cannot find where it is located to get the model number. We have a 2011 Forest Blue Ridge Cabin edition 3125. Can anyone help us locate it on the coach? In addition, we can hook the truck up to charge the battery, and it will work for hours, but then it dies again.
