New Generator no power for A/C , microwave or 110 ?

Hi we have a new 2016 Forest River Sunseeker MBS 2401w. We did a shake down run yesterday without shore power but found that our new generator did not power our microwave or 110 power.
Is there a plug / connector that is not connected? Checked fuses etc. We are stumped ! Generator works. Shore power plug in works. What should we look for?
Dealer is 3.5 hours away.

Joanne

I believe that you will find a plug in the shore power bay or somewhere that you plug your shore power cord into to connect to the generator. I am not sure but a lot of new RVs do not have automatic transfer switches.

The brochure and FR website features say that the automatic transfer switch is standard on the MBS, however, Fr may have modified what they are providing and not kept the paperwork up to date.

Look for the plug if you can not find one then maybe you have a ATS which is not working. Since it is new maybe a call to your dealer may help.

If there is an AFS I would suspect that, on my Class A you had to have the shore power cord plugged into the generator outlet to get power from the generator. check the breakers at the generator

Open the generator compartment, take off the genny cover. The breaker is just to the left of the yellow oil cap. Just right of the manual start switch

no generator power

Have a 2016 2400R with no generator power. I reset the breaker. The transfer switch is working. No power. No answers from FR.
