new guy, few questions, not sure if battery is charging
I just picked up my 2015 wolf pup 16bh. Everything works when plugged into shore power. Also when plugged into my truck for towing the lights, radio and water pump power on. But if im not plugged in i have nothing. Do i need to flip a switch or something to get it to run off the battery? It was a 4 hr ride home from the dealer so that should of charged it some. Also i had it plugged into my house power overnight. All fuses are good. Next step I will put a charger on the battery. Then I guess get out the multi meter and track it down. Im just hoping im missing something. Thanks

I am not familiar with your exact RV, however, every Rv I've owned (12 units) have had an auto switching unit that switches between power sources. Your unit, I must assume, should also switch automatically, however, the switch could be defective.

X2! I accidentally did this when we picked up our 5er last year (our switch is right next to the battery and pretty easy to trip) took me 20 min of semi-paniced troubleshooting before I checked the disconnect switch

Checked and did not see any type of switch. Traced wires from battery to where they enter the trailer.

The "switch" is typically a metal electronics box located adjacent to the converter. find your converter and you'll find the electronic power switch!

ok, ill keep looking. i took a multi meter to the battery. it gave me a reading of .01-.03. what does that mean? i tested the meter with 2 other car batteries to make sure it was working properly, and it was.

Is the meter set to DC or AC?
For a battery it should be set to DC.

Starting to sound like the battery is "toast". If possible, replace your current battery in with a different battery (even if you have to borrow one from your car) and see what happins. If all works as designed with the replacement battery, you have a bad one in the RV and it will need to be replaced with a new deep cycle.
PS- you'll also need to be sure your are getting a charge current to the battery when plugged into a land line or the tow vehicle.

This reads like more than the battery is toasted.
What kind of outlets have you plugged this into?

Just checking as I have read where some one may have plugged one into a home dryer outlet and made some quick toast.
I would run it back to the dealer and let them handle it.

so i put the battery on a charger this morning and it is taking a charge. i checked the converter after reading the manual, and its reading 13.7 on the multimeter. When i check the battery cables out side where the battery sits, i get no reading. so i guess now the next step is to trace the battery wires and see if something is not hooked up.

you probably tripped the resettable circuit breaker/fuse that runs along the trailer's A-frame.
this usually happens when installing the battery and the wires get crossed.
there's a tiny black button on the side that you push to reset it.

Dan..this is an AWESOME post! I am not having any issues but never even knew there were isolation points like that and your picture provides a PERFECT explanation of possibilities to look for. rynb15, I hope this is it and you find it, looking forward to hearing results!
