Silver push button on the dash. If your engine battery goes down you can use the coach batteries to help get the engine started. I "think" the generator starts from the coach batteries. Waiting on my wiring diagram then I will know for sure.

I did not know that. The gal that did our walk through said that silver button had something to do with rebooting the auxiliary (cigarette lighter) ports on either side of the Silver button.

I still haven't read (or seen) the coach owners manual yet.

Nice... did she tell you to put OJ in the tires so you can get to Disney faster?

I really have to wonder about the lack of education and knowledge of so many people in the RV business. I had a decent tech that did my walk through, however I had already given them an inspection list of items that I discovered prior to purchase, then verified everything had been fixed, found a couple more minor issues that were promptly corrected on the final walk through.

Manuals are available online, though you should have gotten a paper one too. Not that they are all that great, pretty generic. They have been using the push button switch on the dash for quite a few years, like 30+. so new technology it ain't

I have to ask did the leveling system work when you did your PDI? It sounds as though you got a quick walk thru from a gal who didn't know anything about your rv

I like it!!!! Sad thing is, she said she grew up in the business. It took 4 techs to figure out how to hook the sewer pipe to that contraption, only to have me tear it off. 👍

They already had it set up, slides out & awning out. Funny thing is though, the front tires were about 6" off the ground.

The silver button on the dash suments the 12 Vdc Cab battery. I had to use it a couple of times when the cab battery wouldn't start the engine. Started right up.

I'm confused... "suments the 12 Vdc Cab battery".
Do you mean, summons the 12 volt "coach batteries?

It's a simple auxiliary start switch. I believe it should read summons the 12v coach batteries. .
Press the button if your cab battery is dead and start engine. It allows the cab to temporarily use coach batteries to start vehicle.

I think the word wanted is "augments"... helps might be a better choice.
