No 12 volts?
I have a 2015 Wildcat 295rsx. I had it on shore power while prepping it for this trip. When I disconnected shore power I had no power. Even when connected to the TV, no 12 volt power. The refer would not start on propane. We did the 3 1/2 drive here and immediately connected to shore power and everything works.
Any ideas? I will take it to the dealer next week as it is under warranty.
I think I can get the refer switched to propane while on shore power and hopefully it will continue to work after I disconnect from shore power.
Thanks!

Is your battery cut-off switch off?

Is your battery good. Have you checked the voltage with shore power turned off? On shore power the converter is supplying everything. No power from the TV could be a lot of things. Bad battery or voltage drop from a bad battery, bad battery connections, bad ground, etc.....

The refrigerator will not continue to work on propane after unplugging from shore power until you figure out the 12v problem. It has a control board that needs 12v for it to work.
As Scott mentioned, when hooked to shore power, the converter supplies all the necessary 12v to every aspect of your unit. Once unplugged from shore power, the battery takes over.
As mentioned, first check to be sure the battery is good and fully charged. Check the connections at the battery, the cut-off switch, any in-line 12v circuit breakers, ground cables and the like.
Keep us posted as to what you find.

No 12 volts?
Current limiting breaker by battery is likely tripped.

Your fridge needs 12V power for the control board even to be able to use the fridge on propane. When you are on shore power the converter is providing the 12V that the fridge control board requires. Start at the battery ensure the battery is not stone dead. If battery is ok, find the positive lead of the battery trace that lead some were under your RV this lead will connect to a small box. This small box is a circuit breaker it has a very small button on the side press that button. Good Luck.
