I see you found the issue. After reading the string, I was about to say this. If you were plugged into shore power while testing, that could have been throwing you for a loop. For instance, if the disconnect switch was thrown or open (bad), you would have DC on both sides. Same for the main breaker. If no 12 volt on battery but yes on shore, leave shore disconnected while troubleshooting. This would be opposite if no charging power on shore. Happy travels!
