No Lights, Batteries not Charging

Even though camper is plugged in to 30 amp, lights will not work, batteries not charging. Someone tell me why?

could be this or the breaker is popped at the fuse panel (house) and your battery is dead, also check if the GFI is popped on the circuit the plug is connected to (HOUSE) or the neg (ground is not connected or good)at the battery

I had this one time and my breaker to my converter was tripped. Everything ran until the battery ran itself dead and everything went out. After investigating I found breaker tripped. Maybe the same not sure.

Yep! I think it's the muffler bearing.

I would check the converter. For example, if you have a WFCO WF-8900 Series converter and there is no DC output, check the reverse polarity fuses on the front panel of the power center (See diagram below).
First, visually inspect the fuses for any breaks; if none are found, use a continuity tester to check for continuity. If the reverse polarity fuses are blown, it means the RV battery was accidentally connected in reverse, either at the battery or at the converter. Reconnect properly, then replace the fuse with the same type and amp rating as the original “Littelfuse ” Type 257 automotive-style fuse

Seriously though, most interior lights, in most RV's always run off the batteries even when you are plugged into shore power. Therefore your battery is not being charged, one the circuit breaker is tripped as some have suggested or 2 your converter is unserviceable, (broken). Also some converters plug into an AC outlet, check that it's plugged in securely. Or the DC output from the converter is not getting to the battery. There could be other issues as well!

There is a reset-able fuse between the converter and the battery.

In travel trailers it is on the A-Frame and on a 5th wheel it is under the pin box. (see photos)

There is a push button on the side. Examine the terminals and look for corrosion on the wires, fuse body, and posts.
