No Power from 12V Battery

I have a 2014 forest river 19rr toy hauler. No power when trying to use the battery alone. Plenty of power when plugged into electric. There is no battery on/off switch on the frame. Seems like a fuse blown or something like that. I checked the metal electrical box just under the frame on the other side of the battery box but do not see any fuses or such. All fuses in main electrical box are ok. Any ideas as to what to check.

Follow your positive battery lead to what looks like a circuit breaker.
There should be a reset button on it.
