No power to 110 outlets

I have a 2017 3170DS. There is no power to any of the 110 outlets. I have checked all fuses, breakers and the GFCI
GFCI has a green light on it, but it will not trip when the test button is pushed.

This is the same regardless of its run on generator or plugged into shore power. Any ideas of what the problem could be?

Manually flip the main breaker on and off. Breakers do wear out. If that does not work get out your meter and start with the source and work backward.

Could the test button be stuck which wouldn't allow the gfci to reset? If that's would be the case, you probably want a new gfci. Don't know why it would give a green light though.

There is a mobile technician out there now. I would hope that he would have a multimeter, but he said he couldn't figure out the issue.

Geez... sorry to hear that... not sure of his credentials if they are not able to figure it out being there??

We are simply suggesting (guessing) at what 'could' be wrong. Being hands on should provide way more answers than the mud we could throw at it hoping for it to stick.

You have been more helpful than the tech. [emoji3] He showed up without his work truck or tools. He only had a screwdriver and pliers. And my friend had to drive to the store herself and buy a GFCI switch because he was pulling a large trailer with a car on it.

The new info I received is that the bedroom plugs are working and the one by the bunks. Still no bathroom, above kitchen sink or under dinette. He told my friend that the bath was hard wired and not on a the GFCI. Does that sound right?

It doesn't sound right but anything is possible.
Bathrooms have GFCI's to protect because of water. If it is hard wired that's a new one on me unless it would have a GFCI breaker in the distribution box.... which it could, possibly, not likely... see what I mean about guessing.

Did the bedroom/bunk plugs begin to work because the repair guy replaced the GFCI outlet your friend went after?

Best of luck.

I'm thinking that the other outlets were working all along. They didn't check them in the beginning. Thanks
