No Power to 110 Volt Outlets in Forester 3171DS

We just got a new Forester 3171DS which I am trying to familiarize myself with. It is parked at the storage yard. I started the generator and wanted to plug a drill in but found I had no power to the 110 volt outlets. The AC and leveling system worked fine. Is there a switch I need to flip somewhere? And where is the fuse panel for this Class C? I have to say that the documentation for this is terrible. It is a generic manual for all of their Class C.

Thanks!

On the outlets themselves usually one controls several down the line. Bathrooms normally have a reset button on them. Sometimes the stick them under dinettes too.

Thanks!

It was the GFI. The outlet was not visible or accessible until I extended the slide out.

Fuse box in mine is in the underside of the bed as you enter the bedroom. Door opens and the fuse box is in there. I looked at the fuses and purchased some spares just in case. The breakers are there as well. Enjoy your 3171DS. We love ours.

Thanks. It's frustrating that FR doesn't address this stuff in their literature.

Nearly all RV manufacturers only provide a generic owners manual, not just FR.
None of them provide model-specific info.

The best way for you to find anything on your unit is to have a problem with it and then hunt it down. Open everything, pull back panels, look in cabinets....

The only basis for comparison I have was my Winnebago which had great documentation including photos. A company as large as FR could at least have it on-line.

I'm scratching my head here. Seems like once a week there's a thread about losing power due to a tripped GFCI. There's a lot of folks who know nothing about GFCI's. Do they not have them in their houses?

It's even more frustrating to learn your dealer didn't go over this with you after he took your money. This stuff is basic R/V 101.

It sea they trip more regularly in a Motorhome than they do in a house.
