No shore power

I have a brand new 2015 legacy 340..Have no shore power when plugged up generator will only run with aux button held down..As soon as u let off gene dies. Have plugged unit up to shore power and put magnum unit on charge for 3 days it will bulk charge for about 30 min then say batteries are fully charged but are not..my store\use switch by door is in use position and will only light up if coach is running..The on/off switch in battery compartment is in the on position on both house and chassiss batteries..I have started coach and let it run for two hours but my house batteries will not charge nor will my generator start without continuously holding down aux batt. Switch as stated before..I have checked all beakers and fuses in coach have talked the tech guys 4 times with no resolution..Called for service but all service centers are 2 to 3 months before I can even get appt. Have had unit less than a month and it won't even start now cause all batteries are dead and I can get it into a service center for 2 months can anyone help me figure out what issue is...Thanks any help would be much appreciated.
