Onan Cummins Gas generator won't run/start

Nothing personal man, and I truly meant that I appreciated the link you provided. The whole RV thing is new to me, and if there is one thing I am learning it's that these things generally are put together with a lick and a promise. Frequently the manual has bad information or the installation determines how the device/appliance works. I was just looking for real world experience with this particular unit. Again, thank you for your response.

Before and after purchase, the salesman pressed the button and it started right up. That was in October. A couple weeks later I filled up the 30 gal onboard gas tank with 91 octane non-ETOH gasoline from a reputable station. I did not add fuel stabilizer. Not sure which Sta-Bil you used,,,
But I would recommend the BLUE one next time you add Sta-Bil !!!
That was recommend to me by a ONAN service Center !!!

Thanks for that info. I used the red "Storage", so will look for the other one next time.

I bet it's similar to Startron that I use in my motorcycles. Pretty much the best for combating the ETOH problems in marine and small engines.

Yes, apparently Cummins manuals are a revenue stream for them. I have a CD-ROM with the manual and there is copy protection software built in that prevents printing or copying. The only other way to get one I guess is to pony up $13.20 plus shipping...ridiculous! Except of course for the link provided above by Scrapper.

You can always screen shot the pages one by one and then paste them into another program such as a word doc as an image and then print that.
