Yes a local dealer has a customer that trades regularly, they didn't like the floorplan as much as their old one, plus they wanted the new teardrop front window.

I am really starting to think it was a dead battery issue, the fuse stopped blowing as soon as I cut the battery disconnect off.

I plan on going through it again tomorrow evening just to make sure but I cant find any pinched, scrapped or bear wires.

If your battery was "dead", how dead was it? The less voltage you have the higher the current will draw... If you replaced with the same size fuse, and it went away with a charged battery, I'd still got through it and make sure it's all intact..

As others have said, fuse that blows instantly usually indicates a short..

If everything worked at the dealer walk through and then blew when you got home, it could be that either a wire worked loose from bouncing down the road, or wasn't connected and is shorting on something inside the unit after the trip home. Like everyone said make sure you find the cause of the problem because, if you don't, you could burn down the house! If you can't find the cause, take it back to the dealer.

on my TT unit, I have to turn off the inverter before I can open or close my slides or the fuse blows every time.
