you really need to figure out what goes where in the trailer to determine where to put it on the new board. Since the 2 wires a jumper-ed on the board they can be spliced off the board, this still does not indicate which positive terminal they should go to.
That's what I have said all along.

On my WFCO 12vdc Dist Brd, the +VCC is the wire from the converter, so that would connect to the CONV POS. The BAT POS would have the other 2 wires.

To me, I'd rather have the remote pendent. Has anyone ever had a problem with the original WFCO 12V board?
That is the one I have, very simple install, took less than 1/2 hr and I could do it now in less than 10 minutes.

So I made a huge mistake that I hope will not cause any issues in the meantime. I bought my trailer used from a friend of ours and he included the build sheet in the sale. I thought WFCO 8955 was circled on the form and went ahead and installed the PD4655 converter but in fact it was WFCO 8935 that would require PD4635.

I really hope this did not screw me over for this week's camping trip. I am scrambling to figure out what to do now and if I'm going to have a catastrophic trailer meltdown in the middle of my sleep.

Any input? From what I am reading, it will require a larger wiring job than I want to do.

The trailer will be on shore power through PI EMS this week.

You should be just fine. I would be concerned if things went the other way- 55 to a 35.
