PI EMS-HW30C "off"?

This is the message we get on our screen when plugging into 110V now. Last weekend we lost power at our house where out HTT is parked. We were going to plug our camper into the generator and driveway camp but we got an E02 (open ground) error when we plugged into the generator. Apparently there is some bypass switch we needed to activate to use generator power? Anyway, before we found that out, the power came back on and we slept in the house.So now after plugging into 110 in the driveway, the EMS reads OFF. But power is being supplied. Air comes on, fridge got cold. We are leaving tomorrow morning and I hate being without apparent protection of the EMS. Any ideas?

I am not sure but what I AM sure of is if you call 919.267.6948, tech support at Progressive will not only have a answer but a solution!

Your switch on the ems is turned off!

And you need to make a neutral grounded plug for the genny for the open ground.

Lol, E0 and all is good. DH must have flipped it off when he was fooling around. I knew I could count on you folks. And thanks for the tip on the plug. I'll make one up.
