Duplicate fixed and moved to electrical.
If you have the piece, glue it on as OC stated as the faceplate will hide the crack.
If not put an "old work" outlet box (use a box cutter to make the hole square) in and use a standard Decura duplex outlet and cover.

NOTE - YOU DO NOT NEED A GFCI on that outlet.
it is DOWNSTREAM from the controlling GFCI outlet and therefore just needs the sticker.
