Just get a regular outlet from Home Depot and a shallow remodel box. I hate insulation displacement outlets anyway.

Any model number embossed on the box, cover. Search GFIC or GFI with a model number if found. Just sayin'

Brand does not matter. It is just daisy chained from a GFCI and will still function. After you install it just plug in a GFCI outlet tester and check it.

Home Depot, lowes or any big box store. Just plugs in and has a test button.

Duplicate fixed and moved to electrical.

If you have the piece, glue it on as OC stated as the faceplate will hide the crack.

If not put an "old work" outlet box (use a box cutter to make the hole square) in and use a standard Decura duplex outlet and cover.

NOTE - YOU DO NOT NEED A GFCI on that outlet. it is DOWNSTREAM from the controlling GFCI outlet and therefore just needs the sticker.
You can use a label maker or a magic marker.

PS - Sorry used link for 10 pak - replaced with the single one.

I replace mine with a regular gfi outlet, that has screws. I feel these are safer than push on wires that shown in the picture.
