I'm just surprised that they will fix things on your camper at a rally, which is a pretty good deal. for many years I was in a Goldwing motorcycle Association and when you went to rallies and Honda was there they wouldn't even touch your bike if you had a problem they would tell you take it to your dealer.
In my opinion, it just shows that FR is interested in having satisfied customers regardless of all the bad mouthing they get sometimes on the forum. Dealers could eliminate 99% of the griping if they would.
