Not hard to do at all, just undo the wires, drill the rivets out, remove the one bolt and pull the motor out. Should take about 20 minutes start to finish. Had one replaced in Goshen last year and had to show the techs how to do it and they even used my pop rivet gun.
I carry 2 spare motors with me just in case.
Look on ebay, I picked one up for $75 including shipping.
