Power Control System problem/issue

I have a Power Control System (PCS) by Precision Circuits inc. I have an issue. When I'm plugged in to a 50 amp source the PCS does not allow me to choose 50 amps as an option. Instead it forces me to use 30 amps and begins to shed load when it exceeds the 30 amp threshold. The unit works as designed when plugged in to a 30 amp service. It seems the PCS does not recognize the 50 amp service. I believe my PCS unit is faulty or wired wrong. I've read the troubleshooting brochure and they said it could be wired wrong. Has anybody had this issue? Click image for larger version

Power Control System problem/issue

Follow-up:

I was able to confirm the problem with Precision Circuits Inc. It appears to be a wiring problem from Forest River. The module that monitors the power differential was installed on the same phase. It should have been installed on separate phases to identify the trailer is plugged in to a 240 volt source and therefore allow 50 amp option to be selected. I've brought this issue up to Forest River. Awaiting a response.

In short, two 120volt mains enter the breaker box (shown in the middle, 50 amp breakers). One phase is to the left and the second phase is to the right. Both of the monitoring wires were installed on the left side. This only allowed a max 120 volt differential measurement and would never see 240 volts.
