We have a 2017 EVO 2160 TT. Our batteries are fully charged. While plugged into AC, we disconnected the cables and tested the battery cables and converter cables. The battery cables tested 13.6v. The converter cables tested zero. Is there an inline fuse on the converter cables? We have no power with just the batteries on.

The converter has a breaker I the panel box. The converter has two 40 amp reverse polarity fuses on it. There may be a battery disconnect switch. Do you have power at the shore power?
You cannot get 13.6 from your batteries. I think you tested the converter and got 13.6 and the battery is disconnected, hence you got 0 volts. Check your battery disconnect.
