Power converter

I have a 2015 FR Georgetown 35. While plugged into shore power my batteries are going dead. I pulled the cover off the silver box in the rear which is the converter and the small green light at the base is not lit. Any help on where to start to resolve this issue is regally appreciated. Maybe where the fuse is??? I have a trip in a week. I have called warranty number and it is seems to be kind of hard to get in touch with someone, but maybe they will call today.

Make sure the breaker for the converter isn't thrown. You might try flipping it off and back on to reset it just in case.
